ECUC 21st Century CLC

The Eastbay Collaborative for Underserved Children (ECUC) is an Expanded Learning Program (ELP) under the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) grant.

We support and provide academic enrichment opportunities during non-school hours for children, particularly students who attend high-poverty and low-performing schools.
