21st Century CLC Expanded Learning Policies
Students and staff participating in 21st Century ECUC schools Expanded Learning Programs (ELP) are subject to school policies as stated in the school Parent Handbook and personnel policies of the school and the Department of Catholic Schools (DCS). If school handbook provisions conflict with 21st Century local, state, or federal laws and regulations regarding the provision of 21st Century taxpayer-funded educational services, 21st Century laws and regulations will prevail.
